The Mill of the Riviera

The Mill of the Riviera at Dronero welcomes visitors interested in finding out about its arduous activity.

After careful restoration work, the 15th century mill has resumed its activity under the guidance of a family of local craftsmen.  Every Saturday morning you can see inside the mill and the processing methods used for grinding with natural stone different varieties of flour selected from local producers to promote an environmentally friendly production system.  Inside, the photographic group, Fotoslow Val Maira, organises themed exhibitions in rotation.
