The Sound Factory

Dedicated entirely to sound and music, the Sound Factory of Venasca in Varaita Valley is the first theme park of this type in Italy.

A tour takes you on a discovery of sounds and noises through the parameters of speed, height, intensity and tone, allowing you to experiment with the vibration of sounds and the spread of the sound wave in the room.  You will also have the opportunity to learn about musical instruments from all over the world.

There are educational visits for schools and musical workshops.  In the musical recreation area, you can try out music therapy activities and experiences which aim to stimulate curiosity, creativity, the desire to improvise and to learn.

 the first and third Sunday of every month with guided visits at 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.;
 every Wednesday from 15th July to 6th September with guided visit at 3 p.m.
Entrance fee Full €7.00 – Reduced €5.00 (under 4 years free)
The third Sunday of the month Single entrance fee €5.00 for booked groups (minimum 20 persons).
